It had very good staff and location. The fact that Chicago subway station was some 10 minutes away was a plus. We had a great stay, loved the city and hotel and would love to stay here again.

My stay was good, I liked that it was fairly clean throughout, with beautiful views and unbeatable lovation really close to all the restaurants, restaurants and shopping, main attractions, river and lake. Magnificent Mile district won't disappoint you. Immensely pleasant staff, lovely pool.

i truly enjoyed every detail here, including location and cleanliness, that were pleasant. the bedrooms were fairly good. the restaurant was amazing and served hot food. heated pool area with a sauna and a whirlpool.

Very good value for money and exactly what I needed. Beautifully kept hotel, I loved picturesque location and unique rooms. Staff were very hospitable all that time. The breakfast offered fresh fruit, cereal, eggs and bakery. The service was all in all fantastic.

Breakfast was complementary, room was absolutely gorgeous and warm. Plenty of supplies in the room: air conditioning, flat-screen television and terrace. The staff were superbly friendly; it was very good value for money.

The staff was really friendly, the room was impeccable and impeccable, the view was GLORIOUS. The room had climate control, flat-screen TV and terrace plus smoke detectors, provided for safety measures. They made my stay best.

We loved the central location and our nicely decorated room. Spectacular view of city. Everything was so perfect, the staff were accommodating! Exceptional service, free breakfast. What's more, free Wi-Fi was very effective.
